Fox Lake Village Fire Dept

Fox Lake Fire Department, founded in 1908, provides fire protection and emergency medical services to more than 25,000 residents throughout northeastern Illinois, including Fox Lake, Round Lake, McHenry, Ingleside, Lakemoor, Spring Grove, Grant and Antioch townships. The department operates in various groups, which includes the Village of Fox Lake Fire Department, the Fox Lake Fire Protection District and the Fox Lake Volunteer Fire Department. Its areas of operation include firefighting, hazardous material response, emergency medical support, vehicle and material rescue and search operations. It also organizes seminars and provides education about fire protection in schools. Fox Lake Fire Department has its administrative office located in Ingleside, Ill.
