Ben Watts Marina

Ben Watts Marina, based in Fox Lake, Ill., is situated on Pistakee Lake near Meyers Bay in the Chain-of-Lakes recreational area. Established in 1954, BWM is a family-owned and operated business offering, new and used boats, parts and service. It maintains and stores boats from 12-foot fishing boats to 52-foot houseboats, and provides more than 300 slips, and a full-service marina located on over 16-acres. Most of its piers are equipped with shore power, electricity and water, and the ramps can launch or retrieve four boats at one time with a travel lift capacity of 25 tons. BWM is a dealer for Rinker boats and Manitou pontoons. In addition, it has Johnson, Evinrude and Mercury outboards and Mercruiser sterndrives. Ben Watts Marina also provides space for the Coast Guard Auxiliary Radio Station that provides communications to Auxiliary Patrol Boats and space for Power Squadron Courses.
