The Pasta Factory Company

Pasta Factory History More than 25 years ago, Richard and Carmen Sanders came to this country with their three sons from Argentina. As previous owners of the renowned Pasta Factory in Argentina, they brought unique skills for making freshly made pasta. They opened a small Italian restaurant in South Florida, which initially seated only 50 people. Through the years their business flourished and began to expand from 50 to 150 seats. Traffic within the dinning area was very high, and a take out and delivery version of their restaurant was born. So in 1989 Pasta Factory Express was created. The company has enjoyed great success throughout the years, so much so that the family decided to expand into further sections of Miami. This provides better service to clients that live far from the south Miami location. Pasta Factory Express located in Kendal, was opened in 1997 and in 2000 Pasta Factory Express in Doral opened.
