Skilled Care, Inc has been serving residents of South Florida since 2004 with professional home health care services administered by our staff of fully trained and experienced personnel. All personal are experienced health care professionals. Skilled Care is managed by a Registered Nurse and a staff of experienced and skilled medical professionals. Our Agency and staff recognize the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each person. We strive to extend the highest level of courtesy and services to clients, caregivers, families, visitors, and to each other. We are committed to bringing quality care to the home environment and treating each person with respect and compassion. Our service area includes Martin, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie Counties in South Florida. Our staff of employees include health care professionals, consisting of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Medical Social Workers, Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides. OUR GOAL is to provide professional excellence in health care in the comfort of your home. We strive to make a difference in each of our clients' and families' lives by enhancing the quality of care they receive, reducing the necessity of frequent hospitalizations. Our employees' experience and sincere commitment to our clients is priority in fulfilling this vision. Our office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday 9: 00am - 5: 00pm. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for patients, physicians, discharge planners and anyone who needs to contact our agency with a Registered Nurse always available. Every caregiver undergoes a criminal background check, their references are checked and their skills are evaluated. Customer satisfaction is always our ultimate goal. Skilled Care, Inc is committed to providing quality health care, physical and emotional comfort to all of its clients in a fashion of unparalleled excellence. Skilled Care also accepts some insurance providers on a case by case basis. Charges and eligibility are available upon request by contacting our office.
