Mowrey Elevator Company furnishes passenger, freight, hydraulic and traction elevators, dumb waiters, wheelchair lifts, stair lifts and residential elevators to customers in the United States, South America, Central America and the Carribbean Islands. It also manufactures a variety of elevator components, including hydraulic and traction packages, elevator cabs, carslings, hydraulic pumping units, cams, brackets, pit ladders, hoistway doors, door fronts, entrance columns, toe guards, duplex and triplex controllers, door operator controllers, hydraulic pistons and machine room brackets and supports. Mowery was established in 1976 and maintains headquarters in Marianna, Fla. Since its founding, the company has designed, manufactured and installed more than 10,000 elevators for condominiums, homes, schools and universities.
