Landmark Partners is a private equity and real estate investment company specializing in secondary funds. Formed in 1989, the firm has one of the longest track records in the industry and is a source of liquidity to owners of interests in venture, mezzanine, buyout and real estate limited partnerships. Approximately 90 percent of the company s total capital is committed to secondary products. The remaining capital is committed to its co-investment, fund-of-funds and growth capital programs. Landmark Partners has formed nearly 20 funds over the last 15 years. These funds have been capitalized at more than $4.6 billion, which has been deployed across hundreds of partnerships that comprise thousands of underlying company and property investments.
