Early Childhood Council

The Early Childhood Council of Region 4 helps educators, parents, children and families in need. Our mission is to heighten awareness among the people of our community about the educational needs facing preschool children from 3 to 5 years old. We also oversee a Preschool Scholarship Fund that is supported by our community and used for supplementing preschool tuition for families in need.
