Act as guardian ad litem and attorney for minor children. Real Estate - Represent buyers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial transactions. Represent clients in refinances, sales and purchase of properties. Prepare and review closing documents, conduct title examinations of the property and represent clients through closing. Draft contracts and negotiate with other parties when no real estate agents are involved. Probate - Help to handle estate administration. Act as conservator of the person and/or estate. Assist in step-parent adoption (through probate court). Wills, Elder Law and Estate Planning - Draft and execute wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, advanced directive and living wills. Business Entities - Formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships .
