Led by Pastry chef Todd Fitzgerald, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Los Angeles with High Honors, the bakery specializes in classic American desserts and pastries that are inspired by the past but which are reset for now. Chef Todd and his team operate from a scratch production kitchen in Los Angeles.
