Peninsula Regent

Located in San Mateo, Calif., The Peninsula Regent is a retirement community that offers residential facilities with long-term health care and equity protection services. Founded in l989, it serves men and women of more than 60 years and provides continuing, long-term health care, food, housekeeping and maintenance services. The Peninsula Regent offers more than 200 condominiums with balconies, living rooms, dining areas, electric kitchens, clothes washers and dryers, furnaces and air conditioners, and bathrooms with tubs and stall showers. It provides a wide variety of activities, including grocery shopping, field trips, study groups, lectures, bridge, exercise classes, amateur drama, movies, baseball games, and visits to galleries and museums. The Peninsula Regent s dining services include Sunday brunches, barbecues and special trays. It provides a variety of facilities, such as fire alarms, garages, public address systems, a swimming pool and security systems.
