The English Center

Operational since 1977, English Center operates as an educational organization. Located in Oakland, Calif., it provides training to various people from more than 75 countries over five continents. The center specializes in programs and services for the business professional as well as for immigrated and international student. English Center offers customized training, Test of English as a Foreign Language testing and computer certification as well as career and university placement service.
