St Marys Armenian Church School

Chamlian Armenian School, affiliated with St. Mary s Apostolic Church, serves more than 500 students in grades one through eight. Operating for over 30 years, the school serves Glendale, La Crescenta, Tujunga, Burbank and Pasadena counties in California. Its academic departments include art, English, history, language arts, math, music, science and technology. The school s library stocks more than 16,000 books and organizes a reading club, bargain book sale, and field trips and contests. Chamlian Armenian School organizes a variety of sports activities for its students, including chess, basketball, volleyball and soccer. It also has a student council that focuses on increasing the cooperation among the school s students, faculty members and the administration. The school has its campus located in Glendale, Calif.
