Lokahi Yoga

Lokahi (pronounced â&euro&oeliglow-ka-heeâ&euro) is a Hawaiian word meaning unity, to blend opposites, peace within, balance and harmony. This is exactly what we want you to accomplish through your yoga practice.Lokahi Yoga is all about keeping the atmosphere relaxed! We believe in the phrase â&euro&oeligHakuna Matataâ&euro, which means no worries. Whatever the problem may be, we have a pose for it! The whole point of practicing yoga is to feel better, both mentally and physically. We will provide you with props, modifications, instruction, and even free hugs if it makes you feel better! You will be amazed at what your body can do with a little tender love and care.
