Challenge Day

Founded in 1987, Challenge Day is a nonprofit organization that provides one-day programs to middle, junior and high schools and other organizations and companies. The organization conducts games, activities, group discussions and trust-building exercises for the personality development of teenagers and youths. Its day programs focus on a variety of topics, such as intellectual flexibility, task leadership, emotional control and social competence. In addition, it organizes three-day intensive workshops for youths between the ages of 15 and 19. Challenge Day offers programs in more than 450 cities in over 30 states in the United States. It also serves in Canada, Japan, Germany and Australia. Located in Concord, Calif., the organization is the recipient of various awards.
