In business for more than 70 years, Dollar General Corp. is one of the largest small-box discount retailers in the United States. Located in Stuttgart, Ark., it offers an array of products, such as food, snacks, health and beauty aids, cleaning supplies, basic apparel, house wares and seasonal items. The company operates more than 9,100 stores in 35 states. In addition to private brands, Dollar General Corp. sells products from manufacturers, such as Procter & Gamble, Kimberly-Clark, Unilever, Kellogg's, General Mills, Nabisco, Hanes, PepsiCo and Coca-Cola.
