The Martori family has grown a variety of crops, but in 1982, the company decided to capitalize on the competitive advantages of their farming locations and specialize in melons and fresh broccoli. It has invested in harvesting, sorting, sizing, packing and cooling equipment and help keep consistent quality. Martoni Farms May to December production is in some of the best areas of Arizona and California, which allows for continuous availability of melons. The company imports melons from some of the top growing regions during the non-domestic seasons.
