Lambert's Cafe III

Lambert s Caf III is open seven days a week, from 10:30 a.m. until 9 p.m. The restaurant opened one week after Hurricane Katrina devastated the gulf coast region in 2005. Lambert s Cafe III is located in Foley, Ala., eight miles north of Gulf Shores, Ala. The restaurant is located next to a factory outlet mall. The restaurant is one of several eating establishments owned by Lambert s. People who visit Lambert's establishments for the first time are usually amazed at the generous portions served on each order. These generous servings along with throwed rolls have inspired many questions. Throwed rolls are bread rolls that are thrown at or near customers, rather than served in a traditional fashion.
